EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY POLICY
Conditions for exchanges and guarantees:

1. Each garment leaves the factory after a rigorous quality check. Therefore, the customer must carefully check both the appropriate size and the quality of the garment upon receipt to detect any imperfection and, if necessary, make the respective claim within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the invoice date.

2. Although it is not essential to present the invoice to grant the guarantee, it is recommended to keep a copy of it or at least be clear about the date of purchase, the name of the purchaser and the value paid. Only claims related to defects in the fabrics, supplies or the manufacture of the garment itself will be resolved, which are not directly related to the IMPROPER USE of the garment by the consumer or to not having strictly followed the care and washing instructions, which will be evaluated in the first instance by our quality department.

3. Claims will not be accepted for “outlet or promotion” garments sold at discounted prices due to any defect or deterioration, which the customer knows and accepts at the time of purchase.

4. The useful life of any product depends on the particular use made of it, the conditions of use and the natural wear patterns characteristic of each garment, which do not necessarily depend on a period of time or the number of times used.

5. Products damaged by normal wear and tear or that have exceeded the reasonable useful life of the product will not be exchanged or replaced, as is the case with cycling tights that, due to constant and prolonged friction with the seat or saddle of the bicycle, become “motorized” to a greater or lesser extent depending on the wide variety of types of saddle used, some with very rough surfaces that accelerate the wear of the tights.

6. Likewise, cotton garments may become deformed after several washes due to the natural wear and tear of the cotton fibers, so the collars may expand a little and specks may appear due to friction with other surfaces during washing.

Procedure for purchase cancellations, changes and guarantees:
1. Our guarantee only applies to manufacturing defects within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days counted from the day on which the customer receives the product. If the causal link between the reason for the claim and a factory defect is really evident and not due to misuse or natural deterioration, you can contact the customer service department via WhatsApp +57 314 4656387 or our email support@morelifesports.com.

2. The customer service department will indicate the steps to follow and the address to send the garment, which must be perfectly clean. This freight will initially be covered by the customer, but once the claim has been validated as a factory defect, the company will proceed to refund the freight and exchange the garment or, failing that, to fully refund the money paid for it, within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.

3. In the event that the company's quality department determines that the defect is due to improper use of the garment or its natural deterioration, the customer will be informed and the original garment will be returned using the cash on delivery freight method.

4. For changes or cancellations other than for reasons of product warranty, the shipping and return costs and/or additional nationalization charges for shipments outside of Colombia must be assumed by the customer.

5. For seam repairs, MoreLife Cycling has 8 business days, counted from when the product is received at the factory, to repair and dispatch the same garment. Shipping and return freight are assumed by Morelife Sports.
